This duplex was new construction designed for a client who wanted a mountain contemporary feel with the warmth of natural materials playing off of the modern architecture.

Located in Highland Park, the scope of this project was expansive. The original structure had a great layout with quality construction. We replaced just about everything else giving this traditional home an updated feel. Working with TTD, not only were we responsible for the main residence but the surrounding grounds and pool house design.

Cheval Ranch
Woody Creek, Colorado
A historical cabin restoration located on 30 acres. This potato cabin was restored and retrofitted to meet today's living requirements. Working in conjunction with the Historical Preservation Society and jeffrey halferty design, to keep as true to the original structure while adding steel supports for reinforcing the framing while lifting the original structure off of the dirt cellar and poured a concrete foundation for stability. Dormers we added for head clearance on the upper level. Obtained approvals from pitkin county for an additional 5800 sf residence on the property.
